I started this blog to document my personal journey to get healthy. Over time, it evolved into sharing what I did, with others.
The policies have changed recently and I am still navigating how to properly share this program while remaining compliant. In the meantime, my blog has been somewhat disabled, while I learn what I can continue to share through this avenue, and what is no longer permitted.
